- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately I made 3 attempts to contact this office, ready to purchase a new policy for a home purchase, and was unable to get any response. I spoke with Holly twice: who promised David would call me back. I never heard a thing from anyone. I finally called Country Financial Central who connected me with another agent at a further distance. He immediately called me and gave me superb customer service. David must not need the business. Country Financial has been great since then. This office did not represent the company well.By Susan Pedersen, January 27, 2017
